About Jordan Consulting, LLC

Don Jordan brings three decades of experience in the field of human services to his role at Jordan Consulting, LLC. He served four years as Kansas’ Secretary of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS), overseeing one of the state’s largest agencies, with 6,000 employees and an annual budget of approximately $1.5 billion. Don began his career at SRS as an income maintenance worker, and rose through the ranks to oversee nearly every division of the agency prior to his appointment as Secretary. He also served as Superintendent of Osawatomie State Hospital and Commissioner of the Juvenile Justice Authority.

A native of Wichita, Kansas, Don attended Wichita State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in political science.
